Claude & Slack Meetup Singapore

Project Overview & Goal
Bryd co-founder Laurence Fitch and Anthropic Ambassador Max Del Vita, founder of Symplehost.ai, brought Claude and Slack's Singapore communities together for a joint meetup at Grab HQ. Always Wonder was brought on to cover the event: a full recap video plus four short cuts split between the two brands, built for LinkedIn and YouTube.
The brief was specific: the room, the people, the demos on stage, a few interview soundbites from attendees and organizers. No branding overlays, no motion graphics dressed up as a company reel. Bryd wanted the event on screen exactly as it felt in the room.
Execution & Creative Approach
1. Coverage built for two brands, one event
Rather than one generic recap, we shot and cut for both audiences from the same footage: a full recap covering the event, and four social cuts split evenly, two carrying Claude's story, two carrying Slack's, each sized for its platform.
2. Unbranded by design
Bryd asked to keep the visuals clean and community-led rather than corporate. We held back the branded text and graphic elements we'd normally add and let the footage of people, demos, and interactions carry the video on its own.
3. Fast turnaround, full finish
First cut of the recap was ready within days of the shoot, color graded rather than a rough pull. Social cuts followed once LinkedIn and YouTube were confirmed as the target platforms. Final delivery came as high-res versions with subtitles, ready to post without further editing on Bryd's end.

Results & Outcome
One shoot produced a full recap video and four platform-ready social cuts, split across two brand partners, ready to post the same week requirements were confirmed.
The unbranded, community-first cut let Bryd and Anthropic each post the same footage under their own voice, without reshooting or re-editing per brand.
